Temple Builders, LLC believes in supporting social workers with soaring as clinicians. Newly licensed social workers are knowledgeable about the different approaches in therapy but may find it challenging applying their knowledge. Temple Builders, LLC provides supervision for newly licensed social workers on how to make their clinical knowledge applicable and how to apply clinical approaches accurately and effectively.
Through supervision from an approved clinical supervisor in Maryland and the District of Columbia, it is our goal for newly licensed social workers to learn and develop clinically. Social Workers will learn important techniques including preventing biases from affecting the therapeutic process, transferences, counter transferences, and concerns about ethical practices, among others.
